Sprocket wear

Sprocket wear is normal and can occur over time. The amount of time it takes to wear the teeth of a sprocket, or in the case of a motor sprocket the contact points to the motor axle, vary on riding conditions and style.

When replacing a motor sprocket or rear sprocket, it is recommended to change the whole drivetrain at the same time.
S‍wapping only one part of the drivetrain for a new one will cause the old parts to wear out the new parts much quicker than normal.
