Low run time on a young rider

The run time of a bike is linked to the Ah of the battery, because this is only possible to read with dedicated equipment (not everyday like a multimeter) we can look at the voltage to gauge the relative “health” of a battery.

Our batteries have a capacity of 14.3V each, although the batteries will still be functional at lower voltages, below 13V is considered sub-optimal.

Please always take a reading from each battery individually, this is because if one of the batteries is not functioning properly, the whole system will be effected and will only operate at the capacity of the weakest link.
