Symptoms- The bike turns on and makes the "Ping" sound to indicate that the bike is on.
- When the throttle is engaged the drivetrain twitches back and forth or makes stop-start movements.
(In some situations when the throttle is engaged slowly the motor will turn, but only for a short while)
In some cases where the cable has been caught or pulled, the cables inside the plug can be pulled from their place.
If you are experiencing this problem after installing a new controller or other components, please make sure that there is no contact between the three power cables for the motor and that they are in the correct order, from left to right BLUE, RED, BLACK
Please also make sure that the five smaller cables inside the gray cable coming from your motor still have a good connection and its designated slot in the controller is not loose or raised away from the circuit board.
It is possible to further damage your motor when replacing this part and strip waterproofing material, for this reason, we highly recommend sending us your motor so our technicians can safely repair your motor.
