48V Throttle not responding

The Domino throttle uses a potentiometer.
A potentiometer is a variable resistor--a device used to resist the flow of electric current. As you turn the potentiometer, it increases or decreases the resistance.
The resistance of the potentiometer is around 5.2 Ohms
You can find the resistance of your throttle by inserting the probes of your multimeter into the White and Blue connections.
If you insert the probes into the White and Red, the resistance will be 0 Ohms and will increase to 5 Ohms when the throttle is twisted.
If you insert the probes into the Blue and Red, the resistance will be equal to the resistance of the potentiometer and will decrease to nearly 0 Ohms when the throttle is twisted.
The resistance should be relative to the amount the throttle is twisted.
